Those kale, collard, and chard seeds that Carole and I took to Madelyn's dirt in the fall.....are now nourishing us all. Thanks Madelyn for bringing such lucsious food to the pot luck!
that pic of the greens is edible. i'm dreaming of a space in my yard that gives us food all year long.
i have big plans, but that first jump is the hardest and the most time consuming.
there's just something about really experiencing the full circle of life when you've grown your own foods. i want my girls to experience that and understand the process.
